Frutiger Aero becomes Windows Vista; Lite themes get their own category

• Windows Vista — the glossy aqua glass theme (ex Frutiger Aero) is renamed after the real OS that wore this look and moved to the Classic operating systems category.
• Lite variants — a new category in the Era switch and PWA/Kiosk settings for all lightweight themes: Y2K Futurism (transparent green) (lite) and Windows Vista (lite) — the fast variants without heavy blur and glow, for older machines.
