Era switch overhaul: dedicated page with categories

• New Era switch page — the sticky theme bar was replaced by a dedicated /era page where themes are grouped into categories: Classic operating systems (Windows 95), CRT and monochrome terminals (Terminal, Amber), Retro consoles and handhelds (Commodore 64, Transparent Green) and Modern interfaces (Modern light, Modern dark). The current theme is highlighted; the choice is saved and applies to all pages. A link in the main navigation leads to the page.
• PWA and Kiosk — their Settings sections use the same categories, and both now include the new Transparent Green theme. The PWA keeps its own saved theme (ra-pwa-theme), Kiosk shares the site-wide setting so a kiosk machine keeps the same look as the main site.
